100 Night In-Home-Trial

Choosing the right mattress is one of the most important decisions you will ever make. And we want to do everything we can to make sure that the decision you make is the best one. So we invite you to test a Coverest Custom Sleep System in the comfort of your own home. When you purchase a Coverest, you'll have 100 nights to try it out and make sure that you're 100% satisfied. If you're not completely satisfied for any reason, you can exchange or return your mattress*. All you have to pay for is the return shipping costs. After all, you'll never know how comfortable a Coverest mattress really is until you sleep on it.

You might be asking yourself, "What happens after 100 nights?" Every Coverest sleep system comes with an unsurpassed 20-Year Limited Warranty. With a warranty this long, you can expect our commitment to product quality to be nothing short of the best in the industry. We want you to sleep better than you ever have before. That's why we do our best to ensure that a Coverest Custom Sleep System could be the last mattress you'll ever need to purchase.

* You may exchange your mattress or foundation one time within the 100-night trial period. Exchanges between sizes and models (i.e. from Queen to King or from an Aloe Vera bed to an Intense® bed.) will be processed as whole bed exchanges. You will be responsible for any difference in price as well as shipping charges of the initial bed back to Coverest. This offer is only available to customers who have made purchases directly from Coverest.com.


Returning or Exchanging Your Bed

We hope you are completely satisfied with your Coverest bed, but if you decide to exchange or return the bed during the In-Home Trial, contact Customer Service at 1-866-717-4580 before packing your bed. All merchandise being returned must be in good condition and be given a "Return Merchandise Authorization" (RMA) number from Customer Service which will expire 30 days from date of issue. The RMA must be included with all products returned in order to track your return and promptly process your credit. All refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within approximately 15 business days after all products have been received at Coverest. All shipping and incidental charges to return the bed are the customer's responsibility. Shipping and handling fees will not be refunded. No returns will be accepted after the In-Home Trial period.

The representative can also provide valuable tips on how to efficiently pack the bed and suggest a shipping carrier to minimize your expense.

Defective or Damaged Components

All items that are defective on arrival, or are found to be defective within the In-Home Trial period, will be replaced at no cost to you. The shipping charges to replace the defective product will be incurred by Coverest.

If any part of your Coverest product is found to be defective after the In-Home Trial period, the replacement part is covered under the terms of the warranty. You will be responsible for any related costs and the cost of shipping the defective product back to Coverest. Contact our Customer Service department at 1-866-717-4580 for troubleshooting assistance and if you need to process the replacement order.

We recognize the fact that products may break, become soiled or unusable and may not be covered under the warranty. As long as you own our bed and can provide proof of purchase, you can purchase replacement parts. All component sales are final and carry a 2-Year Limited Warranty from the purchase date. Product discounts and accessory promotions do not apply to components. Call our Customer Service department for current pricing and to process the component purchase.
